A generous 2 man helping of crab bisque. Unusually, Gordie uses brown meat as well as shell to make a luxurious and velevty smooth bisque - with just a hint of spice.
Team it with a sprinkle of white meat and a dollop of rouille - crab heaven if you ask us!
