Teignmouth Mussels come from the Teign Estuary  on the Devon coast, where they are rope grown in wonderfully clean water. Subsequent purifying processes mean that they arrive with you, vacuum packed, with very little grit or beard. Nothing could be simpler.  Available in 1kg (starter for 2) or 3kg packs.
