Dorset Luxury Fish Box – 8 fillet portions

Our Dorset Premium Fish Box contains:

2 portions of fresh Monkfish tail portions (Fish) lophius piscatorius
2 portions of fresh Turbot (Fish) scophthalmus maximus
2 portions fresh John Dory fillet (Fish) zeus faber
2 portions of fresh Wild Seabass fillet (Fish) dicentrarchus labrax

Average pack weights 360g-400g

Each portion will weigh at least 180g and range up to 200g, vacuum packed in pairs store refrigerated or  ready for the freezer if you prefer.

Sourced primarily from the Lyme Bay area.  We will deliver to you, fresh and chilled,  in fillet form – no wastage, no having to pay for heads and tails

Weather and fishing conditions dictate that we may have to substitute other similar quality of fish every now and then.

Orders for all fresh Fish close at Noon on Mondays. Delivery Thursdays and Fridays only
