We’re only a small artisan outfit so are limiting ourselves to sending a maximum of 100 yuletide parcels per day –  vital to ensure we don’t make a bish with your special delivery. Some of the dispatch dates in the last week are filling up, so order now to reserve your slot.

But don’t panic – any smokey gear we dispatch after December 10th will have ample fridge life until the New Year. 

If you want to order even earlier, everything we make freezes brilliantly.

• December 21st – last despatch day
• December 23rd – shop open for collection of local orders until lunchtime
• December 24th – desperately trying to stay awake to organise our own Christmas
