2 breasts of Chesil Smoked Chicken – 150/190 per smoked chicken breast. Free range , additive free and locally sourced.

1 jar Chesil Mayonnaise -Rapeseed oil, White Wine Vinegar, Lemon juice, lemon zest, white pepper, MUSTARD-containing SULPHITES, RAW FREE RANGE EGG YOLKS, white pepper, Dorset sea salt

1 jar Hive Beach Chutney – mango, sugar, spirit vinegar, ginger, garlic, black pepper, cumin seeds, salt

Method

slice smoked chicken breast chunks in to bite size pieces

mix mayonnaise and chutney – a bit at a time – until it’s the flavour you like – then stir the chicken in before serving
